SHIPPING METHODS

 

All packages are shipped directly out of St. Maarten via Chronopost or FedEx. 

Orders are only shipped on business days: Monday-Friday (excluding holidays)

If you place your order before 1:00pm on a business day, we aim to have it shipped the next business day.

Delivery times shown are based on normal business volume.

DELIVERY RATES AND FEES

International (USA): 10 to 15 business days*  $30 - $45 (depending on the total weight of the customer order) or Free for Orders $185+

International (Rest of the world): 10 to 15 business days*  $40 - $56 (depending on the total weight of the customer order) or Free for Orders $200+

Free Local Delivery for all orders in St. Maarten / Saint Martin

 

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we do ship internationally.

 

To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:

• Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.

• Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
